House Rules (Rules and Regulations)
To ensure that all guests can stay safely and comfortably, the Hotel has established the following rules in accordance with Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contracts. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the accommodation contract and any related agreements in accordance with Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, the Hotel is not responsible for any damages arising from a guest’s failure to comply with these rules and may seek compensation from the guest.
1. Accommodation Fees and Payment
・Accommodation fees are payable in advance.
・Any additional charges or facility usage fees during the stay must be paid upon request from the front desk.
・Payment methods are limited to cash, credit card, electronic money, accommodation vouchers, or other methods approved by the Hotel.
・Payment by check is not accepted.
・For extended stays, additional charges must be paid.
・Accommodation fees include applicable taxes and a 10% service charge.
・Online payment via invoice is available. By providing your name and email address, you can pay online by credit card.
2. Entry and Non-Guest Visitors
・Visitors who are not registered guests are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is obtained.
・Overnight stays or room use by non-guests are also prohibited.
・Guests must register any accompanying persons in advance according to the accommodation contract.
3. Noise and Use of Common Areas
・Acts that disturb other guests (e.g., loud voices, playing instruments, loud devices) are prohibited.
・Complete silence must be observed throughout the hotel after midnight.
・Do not leave personal belongings in common areas (corridors, lobby, kitchen, etc.).
・Eating and drinking inside guest rooms is generally prohibited. Cleaning fees may be charged for any contamination.
4. No Smoking and Fire Prevention
・The Hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated outdoor areas
(ashtrays in front of the main entrance).
・If smoking is detected inside the Hotel, a fee of ¥50,000 will be charged for linen replacement and business compensation.
・Use of fire-related devices (heaters, cooking equipment, etc.) inside guest rooms is prohibited.
・Guests must confirm the locations of evacuation routes and emergency exits.
5. Check-In, Check-Out, and Extended Use
・Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
・Late check-out incurs additional charges:
・Until 1:00 PM: ¥4,000 per hour (including tax)
・After 1:00 PM: Full day’s accommodation fee
・For long-term stays (7 nights or more), room cleaning and linen replacement occur every 3–4 days.
・Additional requests must be made at check-in.
6. Use of Rooms and Facilities
・Bringing ski/snowboard equipment or wet clothing into guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
・Please use the drying room.
・Frying or disposing of oil in the kitchen is prohibited. Absorb oil with paper and dispose of it as burnable garbage.
・Do not flush anything other than designated toilet paper.
・Refrain from wearing pajamas or underwear in hallways or the lobby.
7. Valuables and Baggage Management
・Guests are responsible for managing their valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.).
・Items deposited at the front desk will be compensated for by the Hotel in case of loss or damage, except in cases of force majeure.
・Luggage left after check-out will be stored for seven days from the date of discovery and then delivered to the local police station.
8. Parking
・Parking is owned by a private company other than us. Since parking space is limited, making a parking reservation is a must prior to your check in date.
・Guests must abide by the owner of the parking space precisely in terms of how to park their cars at the parking space.
・Parking fee is ¥1500 for the first night, ¥500 thereafter.
・If guests are not informing us of their parking needs, and can not find one, that is not the hotel’s responsibility.
・Guests must find their parking space on their own.
・The Hotel is liable only for damages caused by its intentional or negligent acts.
9. Guest Responsibility
・Guests must compensate for any damage or contamination caused intentionally or negligently to the Hotel building, facilities, or equipment.
・Cleaning fees for contamination caused by excessive drunkenness (vomiting, etc.) are ¥10,000.
10. Safety and Security
・Ensure that guest room doors are locked when going out or sleeping.
・Inviting non-guests into rooms is strictly prohibited.
・Minors without parental consent are not allowed to stay.
・Entering areas with accumulated snow or rooftops/parking areas is prohibited.
11. Public Morals and Compliance with Laws
・Acts violating laws, violence, gambling, or disruptive behavior are prohibited.
・Bringing firearms, knives, drugs, explosives, or flammable liquids is prohibited.
・Members of organized crime or anti-social forces are not allowed.
・Guests who violate laws or endanger or disturb others may be refused future use.
12. Hygiene Management
・If a guest is suspected of having an infectious disease (norovirus or other legally defined conditions), accommodation or
movement within the Hotel may be restricted.
13. Photography and Filming
・Commercial or business photography requires Hotel approval.
・Photography that disturbs or causes discomfort to other guests is prohibited.
14. Amendments to Rules
・These rules constitute standard terms under civil law and may be amended if in the guest’s interest or for reasonable reasons.
・Amendments take effect from the specified date after publication on the Hotel website.
15. Language and Governing Law
・These rules are written in Japanese and English. In case of discrepancies, the Japanese version prevails.
・Any disputes shall be resolved under Japanese law in the courts having jurisdiction over the Hotel’s location.

当ホテルでは、すべてのお客様が安全かつ快適に滞在できるよう、宿泊約款第10条に基づき、以下の規則を定めております。本規則に従っていただけない場合、宿泊約款第7条に従い、ご宿泊契約および関連契約を解除させていただくことがあります。また、宿泊客が規則を遵守されなかったことにより当ホテルに損害が生じた場合、当ホテルは責任を負わず、宿泊客に損害賠償を請求する場合があります。
1. 宿泊料金およびお支払い
・宿泊料金は前払い制です。
・ご滞在中の追加料金や施設利用料等は、フロントから請求があった時点でお支払いください。
・支払い方法は現金、クレジットカード、電子マネー、宿泊券など、当ホテルが認める方法に限ります。
・小切手でのお支払いには応じかねます。
・ご延泊の場合は、追加料金のお支払いをお願いいたします。
・宿泊料金には所定の税金および宿泊料の10％のサービス料が含まれます。
・オンライン請求書による支払いも可能です。お名前とメールアドレスをホテルに提供することで、
クレジットカード決済にてオンライン支払いが可能です。
2. 入館および宿泊者以外の来館
・宿泊客以外の方の来館は、事前承諾がない限り固く禁止されています。
・外部の方の宿泊、客室利用も同様に禁止されます。
・客室に同伴者を招く場合は、宿泊契約に基づき事前登録が必要です。
3. 騒音および共用スペースの利用
・他の宿泊客の迷惑となる行為（大声、楽器演奏、大音量の機器使用など）は禁止です。
・24:00以降は全館完全消音となります。
・共用エリア（廊下、ロビー、キッチンスペースなど）では、個人所有物を放置しないでください。
・客室内での飲食は原則禁止です。汚損があった場合、別途クリーニング費用を請求することがあります。
4. 禁煙および火災予防
・当ホテルは全館禁煙です。指定場所（正面玄関前の屋外灰皿）以外での喫煙は固く禁止されています。
・館内で喫煙が確認された場合、リネン費・営業補償費として50,000円をご請求いたします。
・客室内で火気器具（暖房用・調理用など）の使用は禁止です。
・避難経路図や非常口の位置を必ずご確認ください。
5. チェックイン・チェックアウト・延長利用
・チェックアウトは10:00amです。
・チェックアウト時間を超えて客室を利用する場合、延長料金が発生します。
・午後1時まで：1時間ごとに4,000円（税込）
・午後1時以降：当日宿泊料の全額
・長期滞在（7泊以上）の場合、3 ~ 4日ごとに室内清掃およびリネン類交換を行います。
・追加希望はチェックイン時にお申し出ください。
6. 客室・施設の使用
・客室内でのスキー/スノーボード用具や濡れたウェアの持ち込みは固く禁止です。乾燥室をご利用ください。
・キッチンでの揚げ物調理や油の排水は禁じます。油は紙で吸収し、燃えるゴミとして処理してください。
・トイレには備え付け以外の紙・物を流さないでください。
・パジャマ・下着で廊下やロビーに出ることはお控えください。
7. 貴重品・手荷物の管理
・貴重品（現金、貴金属など）は宿泊客自身で管理してください。
・フロントに預けた物品は、不可抗力を除き損害が発生した場合、当ホテルが賠償します。
・チェックアウト後の手荷物は、発見日を含め7日間保管し、その後警察署に届けます。
8. 駐車場の利用
・当ホテルがご案内する駐車場は、当ホテル所有ではなく外部の民間会社が管理・運営しております。
駐車可能台数には限りがございますため、ご宿泊日前に必ず事前予約が必要となります。
・ご利用の際は、駐車場管理者の定めるルールや指示に従って、
正しく駐車していただきますようお願いいたします。
・駐車料金は、初泊 ¥1,500、2泊目以降は1泊につき ¥500 となります。
・事前に駐車場ご利用のご連絡をいただけなかった場合や、満車などにより駐車できない場合につきましては、
当館では責任を負いかねます。その場合はお客様ご自身で駐車場をお探しいただきますようお願いいたします。
・当ホテルの故意または過失により損害が発生した場合は、賠償の責任を負います。
9. 宿泊客の責任
・故意または過失によりホテルの建物、設備、備品を損傷・汚損した場合、損害賠償をしていただきます。
・泥酔による汚損（嘔吐など）は、クリーニング費用として10,000円請求いたします。
10. 安全・保安事項
・客室の施錠を確認してください。外出・就寝時は必ず鍵をかけてください。
・外来の方を客室に招くことは固く禁止です。
・未成年者のみの宿泊は、保護者の許可がない場合お断りします。
・積雪による落雪や屋根・駐車場への立ち入りは禁止です。
11. 公序良俗および法令遵守
・法令に反する行為、暴力、賭博、風紀を乱す行為は禁止です。
・銃器、刃物、麻薬、火薬、揮発油など危険物の持ち込みは禁止です。
・暴力団員・反社会的勢力の関係者は利用をお断りします。
・法令違反や他者に危害・迷惑を及ぼす行為が判明した場合、以後の利用をお断りします。
12. 衛生管理
・感染症の疑いがある場合（ノロウイルス、その他法令に準ずる症状）、ご宿泊や館内移動を制限することがあります。
13. 写真・撮影
・商業・営業目的の撮影は、当ホテルの許可が必要です。
・他の宿泊客に迷惑や不快感を与える撮影はご遠慮ください。
14. 規則の改正
・本規則は民法上の定型約款に該当し、宿泊客の利益にかなう場合、
または合理的理由がある場合、改正されることがあります。
・改正は、ウェブサイト掲載後、所定の施行日から適用されます。
15. 言語・準拠法
・本規則は日本語および英語で作成されますが、不一致がある場合は日本語が優先します。
・本規則に関する紛争は、ホテル所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所において、日本法に従い解決されます。
